This policy explains what Lead Gen AI Systems ("we," "us") collects through leadgenaisystems.com and how it's used. It doesn't cover data handled by third-party services we link out to (like Calendly) — those are governed by their own privacy policies.

What we collect

This website is a static informational site. It does not run analytics or tracking cookies, and it has no sign-up forms, accounts, or payment processing on it. The only data we receive directly is:

• Email correspondence — if you email hey@leadgenaisystems.com, we keep that message and your email address to respond and for our own business records.
• Scheduling data — if you click "Book a Call," you're taken to Calendly to book directly. Calendly collects your name, email, and scheduling details under its own privacy policy, not ours.

If we later add analytics, cookies, or a contact form, this page will be updated to reflect exactly what's added.

Why we have it

We use the information above solely to respond to inquiries, schedule and run calls, and manage business correspondence. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who else sees it

Service providers that support this site and business operations may process limited data as part of delivering their service to us:

• Calendly — scheduling, when you book a call
• Google Workspace — email hosting for our business inbox
• Railway — website hosting
• Cloudflare — DNS and network routing for the domain

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

Business correspondence is retained as long as reasonably necessary for our records, generally no longer than a few years, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing hey@leadgenaisystems.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
